Parkburn Precision Handling Systems has experienced tremendous growth in recent years. This has led to a need
for professional management of after-sales customer support. We are continually improving our after-sales process in order to serve our customers even better.
This includes professional management of all incoming calls to our service department, fast service on site by our service crew, and stocking of spares.
Our engineers are able to provide training at the factory and at the customer's premises and are also able to undertake installation, commissioning and
sea trials. Operating teams can be provided to assist customers during operations at sea and our Customer Support Team can supply and advise on spares requirements and
equipment operation.
Customer support is an integral part of Parkburn Precision Handling Systems' commitment to serving our customers. Products are backed by a combination of programmes encompassing
installation supervision, commissioning, in-service support, spares, maintenance, documentation, training and operation. |
